This week we had special visitors on campus as part of our Middle States reaccreditation process. What a group effort to show them the great work we do here at Alfred State!

It was great to see so many across the college engage with the Middle State representatives, but none more so than our co-chairs of our self-study team, Bridget Jacobs, Dan Jardine, and Danielle Green.

These three individuals worked relentlessly to put together a self-study with the help of a team of dozens across the organization. It was impeccably written and our visitors came equipped with all of the background knowledge needed to engage our campus. Groups included students, faculty, staff, the college leadership team, and of course, the groups responsible for putting all our standards together.

I thought the visit was a very successful one and I am beyond grateful for the work of Bridget, Dan, and Danielle. They put together the storyline to represent what we have accomplished these past several years together. Thank you to them and thank you to all of you who contributed so much either as part of the visit or as part of what you do every day that was represented in the contents of our self-study report.
