Can I keep my roommate from Cazenovia?
Yes. We welcome the opportunity to find the academic paths for both you and your roommate to succeed and join us in the fall in one of our 14 residence halls or 31 apartments. Simply apply, be accepted, and make your residence hall choices. Or we can pair you with a current student and resident assistant who can help you become part of the Pioneer family. Our admissions team is eager to answer your questions about student life, academics, and transitioning to Alfred State College.
Can I join Greek Life, clubs, intramurals, and student leadership?
Yes. Every Cazenovia transfer student will have all the opportunities for outdoor recreation, 80 clubs, intramurals, NCAA D-III athletics, performing arts, and civic leadership. We are in the scenic Western New York Wilds and offer a vibrant campus life. Alfred State is also blue and gold! You’ll feel right at home.
