Duties include troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance for automated test equipment, board testing, first and final test, and burn-in for testing custom power supplies; filling in for floor managers when necessary; facilities operator for the environmental system which controls heating, ventilation and air conditioning; controlling the security system (card readers), fire alarm system, and lighting for the building; working with data generated from the automated test systems and compiling this information in Microsoft office software, Access for data bases, Excel for spreadsheets, and Word for word processing. Major projects: Project manager for the design, building, and implementation of a PC controlled, 440 station, regulated elevated temperature, automated burn-in room with monitoring capabilities; design and build loads for testing of power supplies; member of both design and production teams for new product; worked extensively with PC's, linear and non-linear power supplies, Metasys system software, Oracle business systems, and Demand Flow Technology production philosophy.
