Alfred State has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders for expedited electronic delivery. There is a $2.45 service fee charged for this service. Paper and mailed transcript requests are processed through the Student Records and Financial Services Office directly at no additional cost.

Current Students and Alumni enrolled in 1974 or later can log in to BannerWeb to place an order:
- Log in to BannerWeb.
- Go to the "Student Services and Financial Aid" tab.
- Click on "Student Records".
- Click on "Request Official Transcript".
This will bring you to the Credentials order form with vital statistics carried over from Banner; you may enter an updated mailing address, if needed.

Request Your Paper/Mailed Transcript from Student Records and Financial Services (No Service Fee)
If you attended prior to 1974 or wish to obtain a paper copy of your transcript, please complete a Transcript Request Form (pdf) to mail, email, or fax to the Student Records and Financial Services Office.

Processing time is typically two to three business days for a paper transcript request. Please allow two weeks to process your requests during registration and final grade periods.
You may obtain/print unofficial copies of your transcript from BannerWeb.
Please Note: If you have any financial obligations with Alfred State or you have not returned all equipment or supplies borrowed from the college, such as library books, athletic equipment, etc., your transcripts will be held until these obligations have been cleared.
