Rides, games, music, and food got underway at the Alfred State Carnival in the parking lot between the Student Leadership Center and the Townhouses. Attendees enjoyed music from the ASC Rock Band, tried their hand at a variety of carnival games, and were twisted up and down on a handful of rides.

The Hot Dog continued to be the star of the day. Multiple hot dog stations raised funds for local charities. Hot Dog Day charities included Alfred Box of Books Library, Alfred Montessori School, The ARC Allegany-Steuben, Alfred Station Fire Company Association, A.E. Crandall Hook & Ladder, Allegany County Mental Health Association, and the Allegany-Cattaraugus-Chautauqua Fund for Women.
