Looking for an employer, Joshua found Hardinge at a career fair. “I met Hardinge at a career fair in Wellsville and I was onboarded as an intern between my first and second year and that resulted in a full-time position.
As a manufacturing engineer, Joshua enjoys coming back to recruit and repeating the same process he went through as a student.
