Elaine Morsman, director of the Career Development Center at Alfred State College, was chosen to participate in a recent client panel webinar specifically focused on virtual career fairs.
Hosted by Symplicity, the webinar also featured panelists from Purdue University, Clayton State University, and the University of Oklahoma among others. The format for the webinar was similar to a Q&A, with the host asking questions and the panelists sharing their best practices, impact, and overall experience with the module with one another.

The pandemic has caused hardships and challenges for everyone, and every opportunity to lend support is so important. I applaud Symplicity for all the support they have provided and for organizing these webinars.”
Since the spring semester, Alfred State College has been hosting its career fairs virtually on JobLink, which is a Symplicity platform. Alfred State’s most recent virtual career fair drew 80 employers and more than 300 students.
