Antonio LytleAntonio-Phillip Lytle, Assistant Director of Student Activities and Orientation /Coordinator of Greek Affairs, recently presented the topic “What’s an Ally?” at the Greater Rochester Fraternal Leadership Institute at Rochester Institute of Technology. This institute serves Greek organizations across the Greater Rochester area and allows student leaders an opportunity to build and reflect on their leadership skills. Lytle’s presentation assisted students and professionals in exploring their social identities and developing programming on various campuses in Western New York. Lytle’s presentation was created with the hopes of sharing ideals of inclusivity on college campuses. More than 200 participants and six schools were in attendance.

Lytle, who joined the ASC student life staff in 2008, holds an MS in Educational
Leadership from Miami University, OH, and a BA from the University of Hartford.

Among his responsibilities, Lytle oversees late night events, civic engagement and activism as well as coordination of Greek affairs at the College. He holds membership in the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), Association of Fraternity Advisors (AFA) and is a volunteer for Phi Delta Theta.
