The Alfred State Athletic Department inducted a class of seven individuals and a team during the 2024 Hall of Fame ceremonies held on June 8.

Catherine Bialecki
Catherine Bialecki was a standout player on the Women’s Basketball team from 2015 to 2018. During her illustrious career, she earned the USCAA Player of the Year award and ACAA First-Team All-Conference honors. Bialecki scored 1,141 points, averaging 18.4 points per game, and secured 674 rebounds at an average of 10.9 rebounds per game.
Jeromie Feuchter
Jeromie Feuchter was a dual-sport athlete, playing Football and participating in Track and Field from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, he was named Offensive Lineman of the Year and was recognized as the top offensive lineman in the Mick Caba era of Pioneer football. He also achieved All-Region honors in indoor and outdoor track and field and became an NJCAA National Champion in the Hammer Throw. Feuchter continued his athletic career at Eastern Michigan.
Kay Pfleghardt
Kay Pfleghardt made history as a member of the volleyball team from 2012 to 2016. She is Alfred State’s all-time kills leader and the first Pioneer to reach 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs, finishing her career with 1,262 kills and 1,142 digs. Pfleghardt earned AVCA All-American honors and was named team MVP three times, Senior Athlete of the Year, and received two Pioneer Awards.
Aaron Williams
Aaron Williams pitched for the baseball team from 2000 to 2002, achieving an 18-14 career record with a 3.23 ERA. He pitched 21 complete games, including three shutouts, and tallied 200 strikeouts. Williams was an All-Region Pitcher both years and Alfred State’s Most Valuable Pitcher twice. After his collegiate career, he signed as a free agent with the Minnesota Twins.
Rasheed Williams
Rasheed Williams was a dominant force on the football field from 2014 to 2015. He accumulated over 2,688 total yards and 26 touchdowns, holding all individual game, single-season, and career rushing records for Alfred State. Williams had five games with over 200 rushing yards, including standout performances with 335 and 313 yards. After his college career, he was signed by the Detroit Lions and a CFL team.
John Anderson
John Anderson served as Alfred State College President from 2008 to 2013, playing a pivotal role in transitioning the Athletic Department from a two-year to a four-year model. His extensive career at Alfred State began in 1981 as a professor of chemistry and physics. Anderson held various senior-level administrative positions, significantly impacting the college’s growth and development. He returned in 2021 as Officer in Charge during the search for the next President. Anderson was a consistent supporter of Alfred State athletics, attending most events, home or away.
Pat Fogarty
Appointed Alfred State College Council Chair in 1993, Pat Fogarty was a steadfast supporter of the college’s athletics, attending nearly every home contest. Her extensive civic involvement included serving on various boards and earning numerous honors, such as the Alfred State College President’s Medallion and Outstanding Service Award.
1994 Men's Soccer Team
The 1994 Men’s Soccer Team, coached by Dan Gorham, had a remarkable season, finishing 18-2-1 and winning the NJCAA Region III Division I Championship. The team set a single-season record with 78 goals and ended the year ranked eighth in the nation.
