Phi Theta Kappa inducteesTwenty-five Alfred State College students were inducted recently into Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the national Honor Society for two-year colleges. Friends and family of the inductees attended the evening ceremony at the Orvis Activities Center on the Alfred State campus. Phi Theta Kappa's mission is to recognize and encourage the academic achievement of two-year college students and provide opportunities for individual growth and development through participation in honors, leadership, service, and fellowship programming. The event was hosted by Dr. Aniko Constantine, SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor, liberal arts and sciences: social science.
