Alfred State College will host an Oktoberfest dinner from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 in the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus.
The cost of the meal is $17 for adults and $8 for children 10 and under. No reservations will be accepted.
The menu will include:
- Potato beer soup
- Bratwurst with caramelized onion
- Hanchen-schnitzel (chicken schnitzel)
- Roasted brussels sprouts
- German potato salad
- Braised cabbage with salted pork
- Onion tarts
- Spatzle
- Sauerbraten
- Assorted German desserts
