Alfred State living Dr. King’s legacy of service
The Spirit of Service Award recognizes Alfred students, faculty, staff, and community members who demonstrate a strong commitment to serving others and actively live out the principles for which Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stood for, including equality, social justice, community, and service.
This award ceremony is conducted annually at the Village Hall and includes nominees and awardees from Alfred State, Alfred University, and the larger community.
