The menu, prepared by culinary arts students, will feature appetizers, soups, garden salads and displays, vegetables, roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and all the trimmings, carved ham and buttercup squash.
Culinary arts: baking, production and management students will provide assorted rolls and muffins to accompany the dinner as well as a full dessert bar. A choice of beverages will round out the menu.
