Local school children and their teachers attended Alfred State College's annual Kiddie Ag Day celebration sponsored by the faculty, staff, and agriculture students at the college. The children, their teachers, and parent volunteers visited with alpacas, horses, pigs, fowl, and sheep, and learned about animal care from ASC student volunteers. Here, Ellianna Button, age 3, of Wellsville, the youngest child attending with her mother, Susan Button, retired secretary to the Department of Agriculture and Veterinary Technology, really enjoyed petting all the animals!
