Alfred State College is currently hosting a P-Fit program to help recruits prepare for this year’s Police Academy.
The program, which kicked off on Sunday, Feb. 7, is being held from 7-9 a.m. each Sunday at the Canisteo American Legion. According to an article by WENY, the training focuses on stress management, nutrition, police awareness, and helping future officers get in shape.
