Anyone looking to treat their sweetheart to an excellent meal this Valentine’s Day should consider Alfred State College’s upcoming Sea and Shore Dinner.
Set for 5-7 p.m. Feb. 14, the dinner is open to the public and will take place at The Rig, which is located inside the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus. The cost of the meal is $25 for adults and $15 for children 10 and under. No reservations will be accepted.
The menu will include:
- Carved prime rib
- Open-faced cordon bleu chicken
- Crab legs
- Bacon-wrapped scallops
- Shrimp scampi tossed with pasta
- Rice pilaf
- Loaded twice-baked potatoes
- Vegetable medley
- Roasted red pepper bisque
- Chinese seafood soup
- Fresh bread
