#3 Erie CC went on a 22-6 run to start the game en route to a 96-58 victory at the Flickenger Center on Tuesday.  ASC falls to 3-13 (0-4 WNYAC) on the year while ECC improves to 16-1 (5-0 WNYAC).

God’s Gift Achiuwa led five Kat scorers with 22 points and added 11.  Tyshawn Edward chipped in 19, Isaiah Boyd had 16, Dequan Jones had 12, and Yandell Denis chipped in 10.

Patrick Parker (Jamaica/Hillcrest) led the Pioneers with 21 points.  Melvin Jenkins (Brooklyn/Susan McKinney) finished with eight while Younatan Gobezai (Bethesda, MD) and Joe Bowman (Frewsburg) each finished with seven each.

ECC held a 60 to 29 advantage on the boards and forced the Pioneers into 29 turnovers.

The Pioneers head to Olean on Thursday to take on JCC-Olean.  Tip-off at the Olean YMCA is slated for 7 p.m.
