Football player Collin Frazer (Woodbridge, VA) has been named the Alfred State athlete of the week. Frazer was instrumental in the Pioneers 32-13 victory over Stevens Tech on Saturday.
Frazer recorded eight tackles and a sack in the Pioneers win over Stevens Tech. He also recovered a fumble and scored a touchdown on a 87-yard punt return. His touchdown on the punt return was his second of the year.
On the year, Frazer has 348 return yards (246 on punt returns and 102 on kickoff returns) on the years. On the defensive side of the ball he has recorded 19 tackles, a sack, and a fumble recovery.
The Pioneers return to action on Sunday, Oct. 7th when they host St. John Fisher JV at Pioneer Stadium.
