Both the men's and women's cross country teams find themselves ranked #7 in the latest NJCAA Division III Cross Country poll.

Both the men's and women's cross country teams find themselves ranked #7 in the latest NJCAA Division III Cross Country poll. 

Sophomore returning All-American Zak Williamson (Rocky Point) was also named the runner of the week by the weekly Hill 'N Dale Report.  Delhi's Jennifer Garcia was named the female runner of the week. 

The men were ranked #5 in last week's poll while the women were ranked #7.  Williamson had the highest finish at last weekend's Houghton College Invitational.  He finished the 8K course in 27:06.5 to earn 8th place honors.  Kaleigh Ligoci was the top female finisher.  She finished in 23:00.3 to earn 76th place.

SUNY Delhi (men) and SUNY Cobleskill (women) hang on to the top spots for another week.

The Pioneers return to action on Friday afternoon when they compete in the annual Bruce Bridgeman Invitational at Finger Lakes CC.  The first race is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
