Monroe netted a goal in the first and added two insurance goals in the 2nd half to earn the victory. Adam Smith made three saves to earn the shutout.
The Pioneers return to Division III play on Saturday when they travel to Niagara CCC for a 1 p.m. start versus the Trailblazers.
