Kathy McCarthy (Orchard Park) had a big day at the plate for the Lady Pioneers. She was 2 for 4 with an RBI in the first game and 3 for 4 in the nightcap.
Holly Fitzpatrick (Hornell) was 1 for 3 with a run scored and a stolen base in game one while Becky Simpson (Campbell Savona) was 1 for 3 with a double and a run scored and Melissa Gifford (Jamestown) was 1 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI.
The Lady Pioneers get back on the field on Sunday when they travel to Tompkins Cortland CC for a Noon doubleheader.
