Tutoring & Academic Supports
Alfred State offers free peer tutoring services for most courses through 1:1 peer tutoring and weekly supplemental instruction sessions. Peer Tutors are students who have earned a B or higher in a course and have received special training. Sessions are usually in person, but online tutoring may be arranged upon request.
Alfred campus students can reach out to Elizabeth King, Coordinator of Tutoring & Academic Support, for more information on tutoring options or if interested in becoming a tutor.
Wellsville and Northland campus students can reach out to Stephanie DeRue, SAT Coordinator of Tutoring & Accessibility Services, for more information on tutoring options or if interested in becoming a tutor.
Tutoring Labs
