Marketing Minor

The Marketing Minor provides a comprehensive understanding of modern marketing concepts and application of tools for the desired outcomes of developing, branding, communicating, and selling business products and services.

As a Marketing Minor, you’ll learn how digital marketing shapes retail, e-commerce, and mobile commerce. You’ll explore how consumer behavior influences advertising and brand positioning, develop advertising campaigns for both digital and print media, and gain an introduction to analyzing data from digital marketing platforms to measure success and make informed marketing decisions.

Objectives

  • Develop general knowledge of marketing as a means to build brands and brand awareness as a revenue stream for a business.
  • Decipher how digital marketing platforms work with each other and play a key role in e-commerce performance.
