SKILLS YOU'LL LEARN
In welding, you’ll practice shop and equipment safety while mastering oxyfuel, plasma, and arc welding processes. You’ll perform fillet and groove welds on plate and pipe, analyze how heat affects different metals, and develop fabrication and assembly skills. Training also includes inspection practices, recordkeeping, and applied math, preparing you with the precision and expertise needed to excel in today’s welding industry.
