The Business Department at the State University of New York (SUNY) – Alfred State College has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) located at 11960 Quivira Road in Overland Park, Kansas, USA. The sport management, BBA program has achieved candidacy status through IACBE. Alfred State business programs utilize applied learning in all courses, with many of our programs requiring a semester-long internship. The Business Department also offers a unique three-week study abroad opportunity in Sorrento, Italy, that supports cross-cultural learning, sustainability, and experiential learning.
