While it's not mandatory that cadets live on campus during the Police Academy, it is encouraged for the full “academy” experience!
Accommodations in the Townhouses feature 4-6 people in a suite with private bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and bathroom. Cadets will stay in the Townhouses for the majority of the academy. Please note that once Alfred State students return for the fall semester, cadets will be required to move to a different dormitory. This dorm will be the standard dorm room facility with double occupancy per room and a shared bathroom.
Pricing for living on campus is $50/week and must be paid before the start of the Academy.
The Townhouses are:
- Lower campus; near the Pioneer Fitness Center
- Have large recreation areas
- Room dimensions are 9'7" x 8'9" and window dimensions are 4'8" x 3'10"
