Moore was inducted in a ceremony during the 2012 Outdoor Track & Field Championships that were held at Pioneer Stadium.

Alfred State had a strong showing at the 2012 NJCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships over the weekend. The men's team finished 3rd out of 20 teams that competed while the women were 4th out of 21 teams. Pioneer athletes won five events and earned All-American status in eight total events.

MVCC ran away with the title while Harper edged up SUNY Delhi by five points.
