Recently a group of thirteen marketing and graphic design students traveled to Rochester to take part in networking opportunities with the Linden Digital Marketing and the American Marketing Association (AMA) Rochester group.
Six groups of Alfred State students majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, and Architecture participated in a hands-on learning showcase in their Environmental Tech Concepts class. The students presented their drinking water treatment plans and posters to representatives from the Allegany County Department of Health (ACDOH).
The opportunity to continue to play volleyball and to explore her passion for creativity and design led Nayomie Ferrer (San Juan, Puerto Rico) to Alfred State and the architectural technology program.
