Men Ranked 5th, Women 8th in latest Track Poll

Both the Alfred State College men's and women's track and field teams continue to sit in the top ten of the latest NJCAA Division III poll.  The men are currently ranked 5th while the women are 8th. Read Article

The Alfred State College won their 6th straight contest and improved to 10-9 on the season with a doubleheader sweep of Northampton CC.  The Pioneers won the opener 5-0 and the nightcap 5-3. Read Article

Pioneers Sweep Lehigh Carbon

The Alfred State College baseball inched closer to .500 with a doubleheader sweep of Lehigh Carbon CC on Saturday afternoon.  The Pioneers battled high winds all day as the won the opener 12-2 and the nightcap 5-2 in eight innings.  ASC is now 8-9 on the season. Read Article

Lacrosse Downs Delhi

The Alfred State College lacrosse team outscored SUNY Delhi 7-2 in both the first and third quarter en route to a 20-11 victory.  The win propels the Pioneers to 4-1 and drops the Broncos to 5-1. Read Article

Pioneers Sweep Corning

The Alfred State College baseball team got back on the winning track with a doubleheader sweep of Corning CC on Thursday.  ASC won the opener 8-1 and the nightcap 6-2. Read Article

Pioneers Cruise In Home Opener

The Alfred State College lacrosse team opened up the home portion of their season with a convincing 20-2 victory over Genesee CC.  The Pioneers improve to 3-1 on the season while the Cougars even up their record at 2-2. Read Article

Track Meet Cancelled

This weekend's scheduled track and field meet at the University of Rochester has been cancelled.  Alfred State was scheduled to compete on Saturday but the meet was moved to Sunday and cancelled this morning. Read Article

SkillsUSA-Region I Leadership Conference and Skills Olympics Winners Announced

Approximately 1,100 students from Region I BOCES (Board of Cooperative Education and Services) districts encompassing Western New York and the Southern Tier, competed in the 20th annual SkillsUSA-Region I Leadership Conference and Skills Olympics, (formerly VICA--Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) held earlier this month at Alfred State College.
