The Culinary Arts Department, School of Applied Technology, Alfred State College, will hold a “Viva Italia” spaghetti dinner in the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus, Thursday, Oct. 8, from 5-7 p.m. Cost of the dinner is $11 per person; cost for children 10 and under is $5.
