The Alfred State College women's soccer team gave Monroe CC, #4 NJCAA Division I, all they could handle in a double overtime 1-0 loss.  The loss drops the Lady Pioneers to 7-6-1 on the year and snaps a four game winning streak. Read Article

Spaghetti Dinner

The Culinary Arts Department, School of Applied Technology, Alfred State College, will hold a spaghetti dinner in the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus, Thursday, Oct. 18, from 5-7 p.m.  Cost of the dinner is $11 per person (tax included); cost for children 10 and under is $5.  Read Article

The Alfred State College women's soccer team won their fourth straight contest on Saturday with a 4-0 victory over Cayuga CC.  The Lady Pioneers improve to 7-5-1 overall on the season and 6-5-1 in Region III Division III play. Read Article

Pioneers fall in WNYAC Semis

Genesee CC was able to take advantage of costly mistakes by Alfred State in the Western New York Athletic Conference Semifinals.  The Cougars advanced to the finals with a 11-7 victory while ASC finishes the fall season with a 10-6 record. Read Article

Pioneers fall in final seconds

Dean College's Anthony Rodriguez hit Dreyan Willis with a 33-yard pass with five seconds remaining to lift the Bulldogs to a 34-28 victory over Alfred State on Saturday afternoon.  The scoring strike happened just 19 seconds after Jermell Corbitt (Naples, FL) connected with Mike Septh (Monroe Woodbury) on a six-yard score to tie the game at 28-28.
