Streater Creating a Buzz at Raider Camp

Updated 8/21: Former Alfred State football player Rod Streater is creating a buzz around the Oakland Raiders and the NFL after his performance in his first preseason game vs. the Dallas Cowboys. Streater, an undrafted free agent, spent a year as a safety and a year at wide receiver wearing the Pioneer blue & gold before transferring to Temple University for his final two years of college eligibility. Kellogg's Article Appears in Literary Journal

Dr. Richard Kellogg, professor emeritus of psychology at Alfred State, is the author of an article appearing in the most recent issue of THE NEW YORK REVIEW OF SCIENCE FICTION, a quarterly literary journal. Titled "Philip Wylie: The Crusader of Science Fiction," the article discusses how author Philip Gordon Wylie (1902-1971) incorporated important social issues into his novels of speculative fiction.
