Bret Llewellyn Art Gallery Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Thanks to the generosity of Alfred State alumnus Bret Llewellyn, Buffalo, marketing, class of 1980,  there is a beautiful new art gallery on campus.  The Bret Llewellyn Art Gallery, located on the third floor of the Engineering Technology Building on the Alfred campus, was dedicated recently during a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Pioneer Woodsmen Team a Force To Be Reckoned With

In late April, the Alfred State College Pioneer Woodsmen’s Club sent two teams, a Men’s and a Jack and Jill, to their second competition, the 64th Annual Spring Meet Conclave at Paul Smith’s College, in Adirondack State Park. Employees Participate in Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work® Day

Alfred State College employees once again participated in the annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work® Day in April. This event is open to employees’ children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews between the ages of nine and 15; this year, 25 children participated. Read Article

Fifth Annual Dairy Consignment Sale and Silent Auction

Alfred State College’s CAL (Collegiate Agricultural Leaders) Club recently hosted its fifth annual dairy consignment sale and silent auction in the livestock pavilion at the college farm.
