Defined by the SUNY (State University of New York) Policies of the Board of Trustees, University Faculty Senate is "the official agency through which the University Faculty engages in the governance of the University."

Come spend an average day with the “Peanuts” gang, as the ASC drama club presents “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown!” in the Orvis Auditorium on the Alfred campus, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12 and 13, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 14 at 3 p.m. Cost of admission to the play, which is appropriate for all ages, is $2 for ASC students and $5 for community members.

The Hinkle Memorial Library Gallery will mount an exhibit -- “Gen/reVision” (two generations of art) -- by Craig Prophet and his son Cameron, both of Alfred.
The exhibit, consisting of paintings and photography, will open Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, and run through the end of the fall semester, Dec. 15. There will be an opening reception Oct. 29 from 2-4 p.m.
