Alfred State Equestrians Crowned Champions

The Alfred State College Western Equestrian Club Team won the grand championship at its first Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) show of the 2011 season (Oct. 22). ASME and SME Hosted Cardboard Boat Competition

The Alfred State College student chapters of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineering (SME) recently hosted a cardboard boat competition. Competition rules required each boat to be constructed entirely of cardboard and held together by no more than one roll of duct tape. Read Article

Traveling Art Exhibit in Library, “Always Lost: A Meditation on War"

Alfred State College will host a traveling art exhibit, “Always Lost: A Meditation on War,” Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, through the end of the semester, in the Hinkle Memorial Library gallery. Student Senate Presents Check to Tutoring Services
