Lady Pioneers Shutout Jamestown

Three first half goals helped the Alfred State College women's soccer team to a 4-0 victory over Jamestown CC on Tuesday.  The win improves the Lady Pioneers to 3-1 on the year with all victories coming via shutout. Read Article

ASC Receives National Recognition for Community Service

The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) honored Alfred State College as a leader among institutions of higher education for its support of volunteering, service-learning, and civic engagement. Alfred State was admitted to the 2010 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for engaging its students, faculty, and staff in meaningful service that achieves measurable results in the community. Pioneers Can't Solve Erie

The Alfred State College baseball team could not solve defending Region III Division III champion Erie CC in a WNYAC doubleheader.  The Kats defeated ASC 7-1 and 11-2. Read Article

Baseball Downed by Niagara

Niagara CCC used big innings in both games as they swept Alfred State 7-1 & 11-4 in a WNYAC doubleheader in Sanborn on Saturday.  ASC was playing for the first time in 10 days. Read Article
