Archery team has strong showing at USA Archery Indoor Nationals

Nine members of the Alfred State Archery team recently traveled to Lancaster, PA, to compete in the 50th USA Archery Indoor National Championships. Educational Foundation of Alfred, Inc. assisting students through peer tutoring support

Since the 2010-2011 academic year, the Foundation has provided $5,500 annually to the college’s peer tutoring program. As a result, the program has fulfilled more than 925 student requests over the last six years, providing more than 6,428 hours of support. Read Article

The Presidential Aspiring Leaders (PAL) Program was created for students who possess a strong work ethic, display commitment and dedication to their studies, are engaged in the community and the college, and are looking to strengthen their leadership skills. Read Article

Sea and Shore dinner set for Feb. 14

Set for 5-7 p.m. Feb. 14, the dinner is open to the public and will take place at The Rig, which is located inside the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus. The cost of the meal is $25 for adults and $15 for children 10 and under. No reservations will be accepted. Read Article
