Educational Foundation of Alfred, Inc. assisting students through peer tutoring support

Since the 2010-2011 academic year, the Foundation has provided $5,500 annually to the college’s peer tutoring program. As a result, the program has fulfilled more than 925 student requests over the last six years, providing more than 6,428 hours of support. Read Article

ASC alumnus Elwell named CIO at Level Financial Advisors

Steven Elwell has come a long way since graduating from Alfred State College with a degree in financial planning in 2007. Originally starting as an intern, Elwell has since worked his way up at Level Financial Advisors to become the company’s chief investment officer (CIO).  Read Article

Sea and Shore dinner set for Feb. 14

Set for 5-7 p.m. Feb. 14, the dinner is open to the public and will take place at The Rig, which is located inside the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus. The cost of the meal is $25 for adults and $15 for children 10 and under. No reservations will be accepted. Read Article
