Lady Pioneers Stumble in Semis

Herkimer CCC scored two goals eight minutes apart midway through the 1st half as they defeated Alfred State 2-1 in the Region III Division III B semifinals.  The Lady Pioneers finish the season with a 12-5 overall record. Read Article

Traveling Art Exhibit in Library, “Always Lost: A Meditation on War"

Alfred State College will host a traveling art exhibit, “Always Lost: A Meditation on War,” Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, through the end of the semester, in the Hinkle Memorial Library gallery. Student Senate Presents Check to Tutoring Services

New Horizons Forum - “The Challenges of Saving the American Chestnut”

His research focuses on attempts to restore the American chestnut to its former prominence. A member of the American Chestnut Tree Foundation, he may surprise his audience with some new artifacts from its most recent meeting. Read Article
