relatively new automotive parts technology curriculum, begun in fall 2007, will
be offered in an online format beginning fall 2008. This new format was
approved at a recent partnership meeting with ASC and UNI-SELECT.

Allegany Arc recently contributed $1,000 to the Khalid Ashraf Memorial Endowed Scholarship at Alfred State College. The scholarship honors the memory of Dr. Khalid Ashraf who was killed in an accident in June 2007. The money is a result of contributions Arc received as memorials in Ashraf's name after his passing last year.

Friends, relatives, and colleagues of the late Alice Foust gathered on the Alfred State College campus recently to dedicate a bench and garden in her memory. Foust, who served as a cleaner on campus until her retirement in 2005, lost her battle with cancer last year.
