Lady Pioneers Win Jefferson Tourney

The Alfred State College volleyball team won the Jefferson CC Tournament on Saturday.  On the day, the Lady Pioneers were 4-1 and improve to 5-4 on the young season. Read Article

Pioneers Sweep Thunderwolves

The Alfred State College baseball team swept a pair of WNYAC contests from Niagara CCC, 1-0 & 5-2, to open up the home portion of the fall season.  ASC is now 2-2 on the young season. Read Article

Pioneers Fall to Jefferson

Alfred State scored less than two minutes in to their contest versus Jefferson CC but the Cannoneers scored the next three goals en route to a 3-2 victory.  ASC is now 1-1-1 on the season. Read Article

Lady Pioneers Win Home Opener

The Alfred State College women's soccer team defeated Jefferson CC 4-2 in their 2010 home opener.  The Lady Pioneers are now 1-1 on the young season. Read Article

Cross Country Wins ASC Invite

The Alfred State College cross country teams defeated Finger Lakes CC in the ASC Invitational on Saturday.  The Pioneer men scored a perfect 15 in winning while the women won by a score of 24-31. Read Article

Men's Basketball to Host Blood Drive

The Alfred State College men's basketball team will host a blood drive on Wednesday, Sept. 15th in the Central Dining Hall.  ASC has partnered with the Community Blood Bank of New York and will be competing with the SUNY Fredonia men's basketball team to see what team has the most donors in their location. The Alfred State College men's cross country team remains ranked #2 in the first in-season NJCAA Division III poll.  Read Article

Taylor Adds National Honor

Sir Aaron Taylor (West Chester/Lincoln Hall) has earned the NJCAA Special Teams Player of the Week award following his performance in Alfred State's 22-7 victory over the Apprentice School.  Taylor had previously been named the NFC special teams player of the week. Read Article

Lady Pioneers Fall in 2010 Opener

The Alfred State women's soccer team couldn't overcome a two-goal first half deficit and fell 3-2 to Tompkins Cortland CC in their 2010 opener.  TC3 improves to 3-1-1 on the young season with the victory. Read Article

Lady Spikers Falls In Four

The Alfred State volleyball team opened up WNYAC play on Tuesday evening at Genesee CC but couldn't keep early momentum going and fell 25-17, 19-25, 18-25, and 17-25 to the Lady Cougars.  The Lady Pioneers are now 1-3 on the year. Read Article
