Alfred State College’s Department of English and Humanities has undertaken a semester-long project on climate change. Students in some composition sections have been researching climate change and writing papers on various narrow topics related to it. The final examination for all sections of the foundation writing courses will also focus on climate change, and the exam itself will be written during the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Copenhagen in December.
