Pioneers drop two at Delhi Tournament

The Alfred State College men's soccer team couldn't get the offense going as they fell in both games at the SUNY Delhi Tournament over the weekend.  The Blue and Gold, 0-2-1 on the year, fell 6-0 to SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday and 2-1 on Sunday versus SUNY Delhi. Read Article

Pioneers fall in final seconds

Stevens Tech running back Benaly Ortega scored on a rush around the left side in the final seconds as the Fighting Bulldogs came from behind to down Alfred State 22-21 in an emotional season opener for both teams.  Ortega scored with three seconds remaining and the Bulldogs were able to hold the Pioneers from scoring on the ensuing kick-off to hold on for the win.
