Be prepared to give the location, your name, your phone number, and a description of what is occurring. Provide accurate vehicle or person descriptions and license plate numbers if possible. If you dial 911 from your cell phone, you will reach the Allegany County 911 Center in Belmont, NY. They will also be able to process your emergency call and you should be prepared to answer the same type of questions.
