Wellness and Recreation
With reoccurring events like the De-Stress Fest and dedicated facilities like our mind spa at The Oasis, your wellness is a top priority. College can be stressful, but we aim to create programming that supports your rest, relaxation, and wellness.
Wellness and Recreation Services
The Oasis
Health and Wellness Services has created a special space on the fourth floor of the SLC called The Oasis. This quiet area features fully-reclining, full-body massage chairs and is free for all Alfred State students.
Student Engagement also hosts events like De-Stress Fest each semester to help you manage stress.
Hours of Operation
The Oasis is located in Room 415 of the SLC. Hours change each semester—check student announcements and our social media (check student announcements and our Instagram page).
