We believe you should have choices when it comes to receiving your tuition refund.
We also know you want your money fast, so Alfred State College has partnered with Nelnet to provide an easy and convenient way to receive your refund. You can choose from one of the following options:
Direct Deposit
Quick and easy. Simply provide your bank account information and we'll deposit funds directly into your account.
Reloadable Debit Card
Our team can disburse a refund to any existing reloadable debit card.
Register to receive your refund:
- Log in to my.AlfredState.edu/finances
- Click on "Step 3 - Pay your Bill through Nelnet" on the Pay Bill card
- Select how you want to receive your refund.
- Fill in the necessary information. Your refund will then be sent using the option you selected.
Stay current with mobile alerts!
Sign up to receive a text message once a refund has been issued. Click the mobile alert icon on your dashboard and enter your 10-digit phone number to enroll.
