Culinary Arts to host 3 Choice Dinner

Alfred State students work in the kitchen. The Culinary Arts will be hosting a four-course, 3 Choice Dinner on April 16.

The Alfred State College (ASC) Culinary Arts department will host a 3 Choice Dinner on April 16 at the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus. Proceeds of the event will benefit the program’s scholarship fund.

The dinner will include:

  • Soup: Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque
  • Salad: House Salad with choice of dressing
  • Entrees: Choice of one
    • Ossobuco with red wine reduction sauce served with asiago potatoes
    • House made mushroom ravioli with duck breast in a marsala cream sauce
    • Crab stuffed sole with Beurre blanc
  • Dessert: A trio of chocolate caramel cheesecake, pistachio raspberry tart, and tropical pound cake.

The cost of the sit-down dinner is $50. Reservations are required, please call (607) 587-3170 or email WoodME1@alfredstate.edu to reserve a seating time between 5 and 6:30 p.m. There will be no takeout meals available.
