Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build with Alfred State Alumni

Description

Join fellow Alfred State alumni for a rewarding morning of service as we partner with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that every child has a safe, comfortable bed to sleep in.

No experience or special skills are required! Volunteer Team Leaders will be at each station to provide instruction and guidance. Volunteers will help prepare bed components by sanding wood, drilling holes using templates, and completing other simple tasks before the beds are assembled and delivered to local children in need.

Following the bed build, volunteers are invited to enjoy free pizza together. There are 30 volunteer spots available, so register early!
