For many students this was their first time working on a real problem and project of this magnitude. They were especially excited that the project was something tangible that could improve life here at Alfred State.”

As a Nutrition course, I feel it’s our responsibility to bring awareness to food insecurity and support efforts to combat it. My students had the opportunity to participate in organizing, designing, selling, and preparing meals.”
