Alfred State College was honored with multiple awards from the SUNY Council for University Advancement (SUNYCUAD). The Marketing Communications team was honored with two “Best Of” awards and three judges’ citation honors.
Alfred State received “Best Of” award for the Alumni and Friends Fall 2025 Magazine and for the Pioneer are PROS website redesign. The team also received judges’ citation for excellence in video for the Unleashing Potential campaign video, the 2025 Admissions Viewbook, and for the program review video series.
“These awards reflect the tremendous talent, creativity, collaboration, and dedication across our Marketing Communications, Advancement, and Enrollment teams,” commented Vice President for Enrollment Management Kishan Zuber. “These accomplishments don't happen by accident. They are the result of countless hours of planning, writing, designing, photographing, filming, coding, reviewing, collaborating, and continuously striving to improve.”

The SUNYCUAD Awards for Excellence program rewards the very best efforts of talented and creative professionals throughout the SUNY system. The Awards for Excellence are presented annually at the educational conference. Juries with professional experience in the specific categories determine the winners. The judging is hosted and coordinated by colleagues of our SUNY institutions.
